INSTRUCTIONS
You can generally find a pretty bunch
of Silk Flowers for as little as a $1. A bunch will make several
pens. Start by pushing one leave or one set of leaves up on
the stem to meet the flower. Use wire cutters to cut a 2 1/2
inch stem. Use a small piece of masking tape to secure the
flower to a stick pen, so the flower sits nicely at the top
of the pen. Wrap the green floral tape around the middle of
the pen and by giving it a slight stretch start working your
way down to the tip of the pen, then work your way back to
the very top. If you have leaves with your flower weave the
tape around the best you can. To finish it off just tear the
floral tape and press it onto the pen with your finger. It’s
done. Make several pens this way, and you have a bouquet.
Find a sturdy container to put your bouquet into and set them
by the phone. They will look pretty and be handy.
