    INSTRUCTIONS

Make a 22 inch square newspaper pattern for 14 inch pillow form See note below for larger pillow forms.

Fold fleece in half with the right sides out. Pin the pattern down at the edges and above the 4 inch mark too, to keep pattern from shifting to much while you cut away the corners and stripes. Cut as shown. Cut away each corner. Keep the two squares right side out and together at all times. Cut 1 inch strips around each side.
Remove the pattern. Keeping the squares together tie each opposite strip of the pillow together with a square knot. Move around the three sides, insert the pillow form, and tie remaining side.

If you stuff the pillow with fiber fill tie half of the 4th side then stuff as desired and tie the rest.

Polar fleece comes in many colors for both boys and girls. Sometimes an inexpensive way to buy polar fleece is to buy fleece blankets. Some are as low as $ 5.00. Flannel works well too, and has a more ragged look.

This is a super fun project for sleep over parties.

    Note
(Add 8 inches to the size of pillow form purchased. 22 inch square pattern for a 14 inch pillow form. 24 inch square pattern for a 16 inch pillow, and a 26 inch square pattern for an 18 inch pillow.)
